Waterford are through to the All-Ireland Hurling semi-finals.

The Deise have beaten Tipperary in the Championship for the first time in 13 years, running out 4-28 to 2-27 victors at Pairc Ui Chaoimh.

Neil Montgomery, Austin Gleeson, Dessie Hutchinson and Stephen Bennett hit the net for Liam Cahill's side.

The line-up for the last-four will be completed this evening when Cork face Dublin at Thurles at 7pm in th second quarter-final.

Mayo are the Nicky Rackard Cup champions following a 2-17 to 1-14 win against Tyrone.

Cork and Offaly meet in the semi-finals of the All-Ireland under-20 Football Championship at O'Moore Park at a quarter-past-five.

The Banner have beaten Westmeath by 2-12 to 12-points in Ennis.

Limerick edged Offaly by 17-points to 2-9 in Banagher.
