A Tralee business has won a national award.
Owned by Doireann Barrett, the Gluten Free Kitchen Company has been named Gluten Free Food Business of the Year in Ireland in the 2020 Prestige Awards.
The Corporate Livewire Prestige Awards recognise small and medium-sized businesses that have proven to be the best in their market over the past 12 months.
The judging panel base their decisions on areas such as quality of the product, innovative practices, value, ethical or sustainable methods of working, as well as consistency in performance.
Doireann Barrett says it’s a huge achievement for a micro SME from Tralee that’s been passionately building its food and wellness brand over the past nine years.
