There has been a record 690 new home commencements in Kerry in the first four months of 2024.
This is a record number for the period since the data series began in 2015.
That’s according to monthly figures released by The Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage.

The data also shows that 598 new homes were started in the Kingdom last month.
Nationally, 30,138 new homes have begun construction.
