Olympics head says the decision to allow Russian and Belarusian athletes is down to International Olympic Committee

The head of the Paris Olympics says it's down to the International Olympic Committee to decide whether Russian and Belarusian athletes can compete at next year's Games.

Pressure is building from nations including Poland and Lithuania to stop them from being involved due to the ongoing war in Ukraine.

President of the organising committee Tony Estanguet says the priority is on "when this conflict will end".
