Male inter-county captains say female players can no longer wait for minimum standards of welfare and care

Sixty-eight male senior inter-county captains say female players can no longer wait for minimum standards of welfare and care.

Through the G-P-A, the male captains are calling on the GAA to work with the LGFA and Camogie Association to bring about equality for female players.

Female players have been protesting at what they claim are delays from the three associations in developing a charter to improve welfare standards.
