Vivienne Dineen, a young chef who is studying the food business innovation programme at MTU, is using her talents to create beautiful dishes. She’s making her mark in the food industry. A disturbing trend this year is the closure of restaurants and cafés. Owners say their decision is motivated in part by costs but also because it’s so difficult to find staff.
