Hartmut Hollaender has lived in Ventry for over 20 years after he decided to move from Germany, with his late wife Deirdre when they retired.
Hartmut's home is surrounded by beautiful landscape and old ruins. He was interested in the story behind these ruins and decided to research the Leahy family from 1901, who once lived there.
