Partial reopening is an opportunity to breathe for Kerry businesses

The partial reopening of the country today is an opportunity to breathe for a lot of businesses.

That's according to Chair of Tralee Chamber Alliance, Ken Tobin.

He says, however, that many businesses are still having issues finding staff due to the uncertainty around the rest of the reopening.

Ken Tobin adds they can't plan for staff because they don't know when they'll be fully open.
