Kerry's Live Register is down 12.5% in a year.
That's according to the latest data from the Central Statistics Office.
Last month, 6,619 people signed on Kerry's Live Register.
That's down 12.5% compared to February 2020.
However, it marks a monthly increase of almost 2% or 122 people from January's figure.
There is a generally stable picture across Kerry's seven social welfare offices.
Killarney has the largest monthly increase of 97 to 1,222.
Tralee increases 39 to 2,998, Dingle is up 11 to 395 and Kenmare rises by three to 192.
There was a decrease of 17 in Killorglin to 441, Caherciveen falls six to 222 and Listowel drops five to 1,149.
