An emergency exercise will take place tonight at Cork Airport.
The safety exercise it to test the emergency plan of airport personnel and response times of Cork City Fire Brigade, Gardaí and National Ambulance service in case of a future major incident.
It will start at 7.45pm and run until 9.45pm and no flights will be impacted, but people travelling to the airport should be aware of emergency vehicles in the area.
