Clean Coasts and Irish Water encourage Kerry people to think before pouring this Christmas
Well-known chefs, Lilly Higgins and Kwanghi Chan collaborate with the Think Before You Pour campaign, operated by Clean Coasts in partnership with Irish Water. Starting with a commitment this Christmas, the campaign encourages the public to refrain from pouring any Fats Oils or Greases (FOGs) down the kitchen sink. Instead allow FOGs to cool and then put in the bin to help prevent pipe blockages and protect the natural and built environment.
