Russia's Nikita Mazepin will be allowed to compete in Formula One but only under a neutral flag.

The sport's governing body, the FIA, has condemned the invasion of Ukraine saying the Haas driver will be able to race, but he must adhere to their principles of peace and political neutrality.

Mazepin's father Dmitry has links with Vladimir Putin.
