Limerick have confirmed that Peter Casey suffered a broken ankle in yesterday’s Munster Hurling Championship win over Tipperary.
Casey sustained the injury while scoring Limerick’s second goal at the Gaelic Grounds.
He’ll require surgery in the coming days.
