FAI unlikely to have new Ireland manager before September

The FAI's Director of Football Marc Canham says they're unlikely to have a new Republic of Ireland manager in place before September.

The association had previously hoped to announce Stephen Kenny's successor this month but they're now in talks with John O'Shea to remain in interim charge for the friendly games this summer.

Canham's told FAI TV that want to make the right appointment rather than rushing the decision
