Clare footballer set to call time on intercounty career

Clare football forward David Tubridy looks set to call time on his 15-year inter-county career.

The Clare Echo reports that the Doonbeg clubman has informed manager Colm Collins that he won't be returning for the 2023 season.

Tubridy is the top scorer in the history of the National Football League and helped the Banner to reach Division Two of the League and played in two All-Ireland quarter-finals.
