Uisce Éireann has announced more overnight water restrictions, this time affecting the Tralee and Listowel areas.
They're also asking customers to conserve water as increased use during the current spell of warm weather means supplies are being used faster than water can be treated.
A large burst on the network supplying the Listowel Water Treatment Plant - combined with increased water usage - is placing pressure on the treatment process.
This means treated water is being used more quickly than it can be produced and stored in local reservoirs.
As a result of high demand, Uisce Éireann is introducing targeted nighttime restrictions to protect daytime supply for homes and businesses.
Night time water restrictions will be in place on the Listowel Regional Public Water Supply Scheme from 10pm until 8am tomorrow morning.
As a result, customers in Listowel Town, Moyvane, Knockanure, Tarbert, Lisselton, Ballyduff and surrounding areas may experience lower water pressure or temporary disruptions to supply while these measures are in operation.
Nighttime water restrictions will be in place on the Central Regional Water Supply Scheme from 10pm until 8am tomorrow morning.
As a result, customers to the north of Tralee at Kilflynn and Abbeydorney may experience lower water pressure or temporary disruptions to supply while these measures are in operation.
Uisce Éireann will continue to monitor water levels closely in Kerry and adjust operations daily based on demand, usage, and weather conditions.
