Water outage in Listry, Aghadoe, Barleymount, Milltown

There's a water outage in mid Kerry.

Homes, farms and businesses in parts of Listry, Aghadoe, Barleymount, Milltown, and surrounding areas are affected.

Uisce Éireann crews are working to repair a major burst watermain.

The utilty will provide bulk water tankers at Milltown National School from 2 o'clock this afternoon

Bottled water will be available from Milltown football field from 5pm.

Uisce Éireann says normal supply is expected to resume from about 6 o'clock tomorrow morning.

However, it may take longer for normal supply to be restored to customers at the end of the network or on higher ground as the system recharges.
