Tralee has been named Ireland's Tidiest Large Urban Centre at the Supervalu TidyTowns competition 2025, while Carrick-on-Shannon, County Leitrim has been crowned the overall winner.
The winners were announced at an event in Dublin today with Dalkey, Co. Dublin claiming the title of Ireland's Tidiest Large Town.
Overall winner Carrick-on-Shannon, Co. Leitrim is also Ireland's Tidiest Small Town.
Tralee is the Regional Award winner for the South West& Mid-West area.
The competition encourages communities to enhance the appearance and sustainability of their local areas.
Kenmare Tidy Towns won the SuperValu Inclusive Communities Award.
There were a record level of entrants this year, with over 900 towns and villages in the mix.
