A Tralee playground has reopened after closing for two weeks to carry out maintenance and upgrade works.
The playground at Tralee Town Park has been closed since June 30th but reopened on Friday July 11th.
The upgrades to the facility include a trampoline set, sensory play panels and a new 6m high inclusive play tower, the highest in Kerry.
The playground will remain open until 10am tomorrow, July 14th, and will be closed again until 10am on Tuesday July 15th to complete the remaining works.
The project is being funded by Kerry County Council and the Department of Children's Play and Recreation Grant Scheme.
