An alleged serious assault took place in Dingle on Saturday night.
Gardaí suspect a number of men were involved in the altercation, but one person has a serious injury as a result, needing medical attention.
It is said to have happened in the early hours of Sunday morning at around twenty past two (2:20am) on Main Street in Dingle.
Garda Patricia Fitzpatrick says one man ended up in hospital with a broken jaw.
Separately, a house in Tralee was allegedly burgled twice last week.
It happened at a house in Ballinorig West overnight, after eight o'clock in the evening of Thursday, 3 July and was first noticed at nine o'clock the following morning.

Gardaí are appealing to anyone with information including dash cam footage, such as a taxi driver or anyone in the area on the Thursday or Saturday night to contact Tralee Garda Station on 066 710 2300.
