The Royal Valentia Hotel has been sold.
The hotel, which is located on Valentia Island, went on the market last year with a guide price of €3 million.
Royal Valentia Hotel was purchased by US-based Bobby Christian, who is the chairman and CEO of Unique Boutique Hospitality, and Nancy Schoeck, chief hospitality officer.

The hotel comprises 30 rooms and has planning for an additional 21 bedrooms.
CBRE, the global commercial real estate services, confirmed the sale and John Hughes of CBRE Hotels says the new owners are acquiring an established charming hotel that can cater for increasing business in the area.
