Report claims Kerry property prices up by €20,000 in a year

Property prices in Kerry have increased by €20,000 in the space of a year.

That’s according to the latest MyHome Property Price Report, released today.

The report analysed property prices for sale in Kerry on the website MyHome.ie in the fourth quarter of 2025.

It found the median, or most common, asking price for a property in the county is €270,000.

This is an increase of €20,000 in the space of 12 months.

Asking prices for a three-bed semi-detached house in Kerry rose by €5,000 in the space of a year to €220,000.

The asking price for a four-bed semi-detached in Kery increased by €22,500 in 12 months to €275,000; this is also an increase of €10,000 in the space of three months.

There were 286 properties for sale in the county at the end of 2025, which is down 15% since the start of the fourth quarter.

It says the average time for a property to go sale agreed in Kerry after being placed up for sale is now just over six months.
