One person airlifted to hospital in Killarney crash

One person was airlifted to hospital after a serious road traffic collision in Killarney yesterday.

The incident occurred near Minish Gates railway crossing in Lissivigeen when a car crashed into a tree.

Emergency services, including the air ambulance, responded to the incident around 6pm.

The road is reopened this morning as normal.
