Listowel Family Resource Centre has received almost €80,000 (€79,202) from the LGBTIQ+ Community Services Fund.
The funding was announced by Kerry TD, Minister for Equality Norma Foley today.
The allocation is part of a national €1.8 million package which will support 52 projects across Ireland.

The money is to be used to pay for a LGBT+ Community Support Worker at Listowel Family Resource Centre.
Minister Foley also published the annual report on the National LGBTIQ+ Inclusion Strategy II (2024–2028), which assesses government measures aimed at building a safe, fair, and inclusive society
The announcements were also welcomed Kerry TD Michael Cahill.
