The work of volunteers in this county has brought light, comfort, safety and companionship to their communities and others in 2024.
That’s according to the manager of the Kerry Volunteer Centre, Geraldine O’Sullivan.
She says in 2024, there were 1,172 people registered as volunteers with the centre.
