The manager of the Kerry Volunteer Centre has praised the level of community and volunteer work in this county.
Geraldine O’Sullivan says the 2022 census revealed that over 15,000 people living in Kerry identified themselves as volunteers.
Ms O’Sullivan says there’s a huge interest in volunteering in this county reflected by the numbers who have contacted the Kerry Volunteer Centre in 2023:
