The Independent Minister of State, with responsibility for forestry, farm safety, and horticulture, will visit Finland, Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania.

The government says that this year’s St Patrick’s Day programme will place a stronger emphasis on trade and investment, and will include preparations for Ireland’s Presidency of the Council of the European Union later this year.
