Kerry TD Michael Healy-Rae says people in the county are upset and confused about the restoration of an air route between Dublin and Kerry.
Transport Minister Eamon Ryan announced Ryanair would operate the Kerry route from the 19th of July, but the airline says no agreement has been reached.
The Department of Transport says Ryanair wanted to make the announcement on Monday, but the Minister told the airline a statement would be released yesterday.
Deputy Healy-Rae says Eamon Ryan should have waited to announce the operator of the Kerry route until it was confirmed.
Meanwhile, Transport Minister Eamon Ryan says Ryanair didn't want the statement on the Kerry route released yesterday but his Department had to do so.
