Kerry Co-op board not considering total spin out of shares or liquidation

Kerry Co-op says its board is not considering liquidating the co-op or a total spin out of shares.

It follows media speculation in recent weeks about the future direction of Kerry Co-op.

In a statement, Kerry Co-op says proposals relating to liquidation or a total spin out of shares have never been considered by the board.

It adds that Kerry Co-op will not be commenting further at this time.
