Forensic Investigation teams are at the scene in Killarney, after the body of a woman in her 40s was discovered in this afternoon.
Garda and emergency services responded to an incident at a domestic residence on the Muckross Road.
Gardaí are appealing for witnesses who were in the Muckross Road area yesterday and up to this afternoon and who may have camera footage, including CCTV or dashcam, is asked to provide this footage to investigating Gardaí.
