A man in his twenties has been arrested as part of an investigation into invoice redirection fraud.
To date, over €4 million has been laundered through bank accounts in Ireland.
On October 14th, Gardaí attached to the Garda National Economic Crime Bureau arrested 2 males and carried out searches in Tralee, Dundalk and Dublin.

The man arrested today is being detained under Section 50 of the Criminal Justice Act at Tallaght Garda Station in Dublin.
This is the fifth arrest to have taken place as part of Garda Operation SKEIN.
