The National Transport Authority has announced the rollout of contactless payment on Local Link services in Kerry.
The system allows passengers to tap their debit or credit card, or mobile payments like Apple Pay, to pay on board for the journey.
It follows a successful pilot scheme in Cavan and Monaghan and other TFI Local Link areas nationwide.
The NTA says the rollout reflects its commitment to delivering modern, user-friendly public transport payment options.
Contactless payment is currently available for single journey fares; daily and weekly fares continue to be available via leap cards, cash and free travel cards.
