Adult learners from across Kerry have met to give their opinion on further education and training in the county.
They gathered for a regional meeting of the National Further Education and Training Learner Forum.
The learners praised the range of courses available, the innovative approaches of tutors, and the positive impact of introducing migrant learners to Irish culture.
However, they raised concerns about some courses being moved from rural centres to larger towns, a lack of disability access at some locations, and outdated curricula.
Participants also suggested using shuttle buses to make transport easier, offering more chances for learners to socialise, and better communication about available supports.
