A 72.8 acre residential farm outside Killarney is to be sold at a public auction next month.
The farm is located just outside the town at Coolcorcoran, with 800m of road frontage onto the N22, and 800m onto the Coolcorcoran road, and includes a derelict farmhouse in need of repair.
Killarney auctioneer and estate agent, Tom Spillane, who's handling the sale, says 50 acres are top quality, silage fields, and 22 acres are suitable for reclaiming.
One of the potential Farranfore-Killarney bypass routes passes through the farm, which Tom Spillane believes would lead to a positive outcome for the buyer.
The public auction will take place at the Great Southern Hotel, Killarney, at 3pm on Wednesday August 4th, with a guide price north of €750,000.
