The highest temperature recorded in Kerry yesterday was 27.6 degrees Celsius.

This was recorded at Valentia Observatory, Met Eireann’s weather station in South Kerry. The highest temperature nationwide was over 30 degrees in County Roscommon.

The status yellow warning for high temperatures continues until Saturday.
