Killorglin’s RDI Hub has reopened its doors.

The research, development and innovation centre, which is backed by Fexco, the Institute of Technology Tralee, and Kerry County Council opened at the start of the year.

It’s based in a multi-million euro building on the former Liebeg site on the Annadale Road in Killorglin; the facility also houses Fexco’s global R&D, Innovation and IT departments.

The digital innovation hub, which is the first of its kind in Ireland, has had lots of enquiries about remote working since it’s been closed due to COVID-19.

It offers space in its start-of-the-art building for remote workers and start-ups, particularly those in the fintech and technology sectors.
