The Department of Health has reported 9 additional COVID-19 related deaths this evening.
As of midnight last night, the Department had been informed of 4,842 new cases of the virus.
75 of those cases are in Kerry, while 1,049 are in Dublin, 530 in Cork, 514 in Waterford, 405 in Wexford, 247 in Louth and the remaining 2,022 cases are spread across all other counties.

The 14-day incidence rate per 100,000 people in Kerry is now 949.2.
That figure nationally is 1,162.2.
