Over 100 (112) Kerry secondary school students are to take part in a leadership programme.
It's run by LIFT Ireland, a not-for-profit organisation that works to build positive leadership skills in communities.
Students taking part improve their listening skills, experience increased confidence, and become more empathetic, understanding, and positive.

In Kerry, the schools taking part include Pobalscoil Inbhear Sceine Kenmare, Presentation Secondary School Listowel, and St Brendan's College Killarney.
