Mayo County Board awaiting referee’s report into abandoned match

The Mayo County Board are awaiting the referee’s report before addressing an abandoned under-17 football semi-final.

An incident involving an adult non-player and one of the under-17s forced the referee to call a halt to the game with Castlebar Mitchels leading Westport.

Mayo GAA say the incident will be addressed at a meeting of their C-C-C this week.
