Nottingham Forest have lost their appeal against a four-point deduction for breaching the Premier League’s profitability and sustainability rules.
The club were handed the punishment by an independent commission in March, having overspent by 40 million euro during a three-year period.
Forest remain 17th in the table, three points above the relegation zone, with two matches of the season remaining.
