Eanna Burke's sideline score handed the All Ireland Senior Club Hurling title to St Thomas' of Galway earlier.
They finished the game with 14 men but just outlasted O'Loughlin Gaels to come out on top by 18 points to 17.
James Regan received a red card early in the second half.
