A woman has been remanded on bail following a serious public order incident in Tralee on Sunday.
44-year-old Eileen Dinnegan with an address at Claregalway, Co Galway appeared before the court yesterday facing four charges in relation to the incident.
An Garda Síochána attended the scene at Mitchels Road Tralee shortly before 11 o clock on Sunday night.
Radio Kerry understands up to 20 people were involved in a fight in the area.
Multiple people were taken to hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries and a woman in her 40s was arrested.
On Tuesday, 44-year-old Eileen Dinnegan appeared in person before Tralee District Court.
She faces four charges in relation to the incident, including criminal damage, dangerous driving, and failure to remain at the scene.
Ms Dinnegan was represented in court by solicitor Nuala Liston who applied for bail, which was granted subject to a number of conditions.
These include that she keep out of Kerry except for court appearances, to stay at her address in Claregalway, to notify Gardaí of any change of address, and have no contact directly or indirectly with any witnesses or injured parties.
Ms Dinnegan was remanded on bail to appear before Tralee District Court on May 6th.
