The pool and skate park at the Tralee Sports Complex re-opened this morning after being closed for nearly three months.
The centre was forced to close on January 6th after a section of the roof fell inwards over the sports hall.
This partial roof collapse was caused by heavy snowfall; the former sports hall has been demolished.

Minister Norma Foley, Minister of State Michael Healy-Rae, Deputy Pa Daly, and Kerry County Councillors were among those who attended the opening of the pool and skate park at The Tralee Sports Complex this morning.
Now that these facilities have re-opened, it's understood the focus will turn to the redevelopment of the sports hall.
