Tralee based financial services company Premier Financial has launched an online redundancy programme of courses.
They answers questions and provide a roadmap to navigate the key issues including termination payments, tax treatment, retirement planning, pension planning, and financial mindfulness.
Managing Director of Premier Financial, Denis Murphy says many employers struggle to address the needs of employees during redundancy, so their team developed these courses specifically for employees facing redundancy.
