Tickets for additional train services from Kerry to Dublin for the All-Ireland Senior Football Semi-Final on 12 July, sold out in around 40 minutes.
In total, four extra trains were organised by Irish Rail, and went on sale this afternoon without notice, but were sold out soon after.
A spokesperson for Iarnród Éireann said these tickets "always go quickly".
The two additional trains to Dublin will leave Tralee 6:40 and 7:10 on the morning of the match.
Two extra trains will depart from Heuston Railway Station for Kerry at 7:20 and 8:10 that evening.
Irish Rail hopes to make a third additional return service available, but will not be able to confirm if it has been possible until early next week.
The announcement has been welcomed by deputies Pa Daly, Michael Healy Rae, Michael Cahill, and Danny Healy Rae, and senator Mike Kennelly.
