The Food Academy has launched its programme for this year.
The programme, supported by Supervalu, the Local Enterprise Office and Bord Bia, is an initiative for early-stage food and drink producers.
It provides education, mentorship and a platform for producers to showcase their products.

The closing date for applications is April 5th.
