Gardaí are appealing for witnesses after a teenager sustained serious injuries following an assault in Banna.
This altercation involved a group of men and took place last Friday (May 28th) between 7.30 and 8pm.
Garda Kathy Murphy says a teenager suffered serious injuries to his face and had to undergo surgery in Cork.

The incident occurred between the Roger Casement memorial and car park 3 near Banna beach.
