Kerry Airport is an economic driver and will continue to get government support.
That’s according to Taoiseach Mícheal Martin, who cut the ribbon at the airport’s new Arrivals Hall today.
The arrivals hall first welcomed passengers into Kerry in March, and is part of a €5 million redevelopment of the Farranfore airport, which was completed in July.

The arrivals hall includes enhanced immigration and customs areas, a larger baggage belt, improved bathroom amenities, and a modernised public foyer.
The departures area of the airport was also upgraded, now including increased seating capacity, additional boarding gate, more catering facilities, and a quiet space.
