Suspicion that man killed in N21 crash was hitman hired to carry out revenge murder

It’s believed the man killed in a crash on the N21 was a hitman hired to carry out a revenge murder.

The man, who was in his 30s, died following a three-vehicle collision at Templeglantine at around 11 o’clock on Monday night.

The man, who was from South America and a notorious criminal in Sweden, was a passenger in the car, and wearing a balaclava when discovered by Gardaí.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Meanwhile, the driver of the Seat Leon, fled the scene and Gardaí continue to appeal to the public to help identify this man.

Journalist, Jimmy Woulfe says the deceased man was carrying a loaded weapon which is used by US Navy seal units.

Gardaí investigations are continuing into the incident.

Jimmy Woulfe says a mobile phone located in the Seat Leon gave an indication into the men’s activity.
