A yellow rain warning for the county will be in place from 8 o'clock this evening until 8pm tomorrow.
Met Eireann issued the warning yesterday afternoon, warning of persistent rain, turning heavy at times.
The rain can lead to localised flooding, difficult travel conditions and poor visibility.

The yellow rain warning is also in place for counties Clare, Galway and Mayo.
